OFFSET!

      I have a offset and on WMR it shows Topic 203. But when I call the hotline it keeps saying it “could” be offset. I did get my refund approved for the 4th that’s my deposit date. When you call the offset hotline does it or does it not say it will be coming out on your refund date??
