      I paid off my offset last year. When I called to see if I have one it said not available at thistime. What doer this mean?

          My tax return for 2014 was taken to offset a debt from a previous federal employer and again for tax year 2015 for the same debt. Yet I filed and had a Bankruptcy discharged between 2015 and 2016. I don’t know what to do or what to file to get the money back.
