      I filed and was accepted on jan 13 th, anyone think if we made it in the test batch that we will possibly get the refund before the feb 15??

          Being accepted early does not mean you will get your refund any earlier. It simply is a process by which they test their systems before they are overwhelmed, to try to work out kinks.

          If you have EIC or ACTC, you will probably not get your refund released prior to February 15th just because you were accepted early.
