ACCEPTED FEDERAL 1/23

( I have both credits)

New York state on credit karma is still pending

On new York states website it says
I got credit for filing on 2/1
And it gives me a confirmation number

When I check the refund status it says refund amount is incorrect?

Congrats on your DDD! 🥳
Are you using the Emerald card and HRB Refund Transfer option? Not sure what to expect. Have the same DDD of 2/13 for state, but not sure if I’ll actually get it tomorrow or a few days later with this set up. If you could keep me updated I’ll do the same. Thanks in advance.

Anyone use H&R Block Emerald cars and received their state early?

Accepted same day.
Federal is PATH.
NY State was approved on 2/6 with a DDD of 2/12. Received my refund on 2/10.

Does this mean that’s the date I’ll get it? Is it possible to get it prior or will it come after the 13th? I filed with H&R Block and I’m using the Emerald Card. Also, will H&R Block take their fees out of the the state or wait for federal. Never received state before federal, so I have no idea. Being a PATHer has changed everything.

Website states return being processed and no more information at this time. Site has been down this weekend for maintenance. Shocked some received DDD already. Last year waited for almost a month. Not sure if It was effected by FED offset last year. How long does it typically take with no complications??

So went from processing to May need further review back to processing called IRS was told that was a generic message but my question is why is it taking so long for the website to update over the weekend. Ughhh

I filed on 1/27. No movement with federal but I am a PATHER. Checked NYS tax site this morning and my return was processed with a DD of 2/12.

Yes I’m checking the refund status on the NYS Website.

I called and NYS said my tax amount is correct and she really didn’t know why it said my amount was incorrect.
She said it’s possibly bc it’s processing.
