Netspend ddd B4 CARD has arrived

I’m very worried I ordered a net spend card and used it for my return. I did it on my phone. I go to check the direct deposit thing on my laptop and suddenly this message pops up saying that do not have direct deposit set up b4 you get your card and they can do the I’d verification or they may send it back. Has anyone else been in this situation? Plus help

That sounds like a good idea about going and getting another prepaid card and no that’s not going to work if you use Netspend to set up your direct deposit and you have not gotten your card yet then you are most likely going to get a check to the address that was on your return do not use Netspend as a brick card and tell you actually have the car in your half because they are full of s*** I know I’ve been had them for a while

I’ve had Netspend for 6 years and yes Netspend the brink card you should not have used that for your deposit and tell you had gotten your card because sometimes they will get funky and even though they gave you an account number they do tell you not to use it for your return until you get your card first so yeah Netspend Brinks they can be very funky next year ORDER account now if it’s going to be your first time you shouldn’t have a problem with them

not sure if English is a second language for you or something, but it’s kind of hard to tell what the message said based on your post. Is it just saying to activate your card before expecting a deposit? I once neglected to activate a pay card and my work had to send me a paper check until I set it up. It could just mean you have to activate it then you’re gravy. If that’s not what you mean, tell us what the message says… and proof read your post

Ask netspend if you go and buy another netspend card at store can they link it to your account as a temp card until your card arrives. I know if you lose your netspend card they allow this.

A friend of mine did this through an ace check cashing store that sells Netspend cards. If you find you have a pending deposit and card doesn’t show Mon. It might be something to look into.

My fiance and I files 1/25 and I already had a netspend card but he ordered a new one. As of today he has still not got it. We both have DDD of 2/10. He called yesterday to netspend and they said they sent it out on 1/24…funny we filed lat at night right before midnight and the 24th was a Sunday. If we don’t have it by Monday we are going to have to call again. Anyone have this issue too?

I talked to a Netspend rep who said that if the card has not arrived before the deposit, the deposit will be pending and not post to the account until the card is activated. If you start seeing a lot of people post that their refunds are available, you may want to call Netspend and ask if there is a pending deposit on your account as you may not get a mobile alert. the card should arrive in 7-10 days not including weekends. Hope this helps!

Well hopefully nothing is wrong should I have gotten the refund by now says by the 3rd really hope I get the card monday. Has to go through h and r block first for fees

That same thing happened to me I order a Brinks card which is owned by Netspend I haven’t received the card yet ordered it on the 15th of January so I called today not only did my social security number not show up neither did the account number that they gave me showed up so you might want to call them I’ll give you the number if I can 8778493249
