Great news! It seems my deposit tried to come because I got a text saying I had a pending deposit and I need to call customer service.
Now when I go online it says there is a problem with my account and I have to call
Am I screwed now?!

Yeah when you call they’re going to ask you some security questions and what’s your ID has been verified with only takes a few minutes as long as you answer the questions right send your money will be released if not they’re going to ask you to send your ID copy of your Social Security card if it went back to the bank they will mail you out a check to the address on your return

Yep id verification. They use a credit report to ask very personal info only you should be able to answer.
Easy if your report they are viewing is accurate. If its not and you know the previous address they are asking you about doesn’t beling to you, but you know its been on your credit report still confirm it with them. I had to do that a few year agos and I passed. Luckily I was very familiar with my credit report and knew of the error.

Similar thing happened to me 2 years ago and I called and they wanted me to verify my Identity. They allowed me to answer some security questions and then went ahead and posted my money to my account. It took all of 20 min to solve. Hope to they get it fixed asap.

No your not entirely screwed. About 3 years ago they did this to me to and I had a come apart! LOL
But, the good news is, you just need to call them. In my case they wanted me to prove my identity so I simply had to fax in my id and social. I won’t lie, it took me almost a week to fix my issue because I kept getting the run around from them.
But, that was my case. The good news is that you are NOT completely screwed. :)
