      Just wondering if anyone can give any insight on my tax situation.

      Filed and accepted 2/15
      Could see both transcripts online on 2/24
      Saturday 2/25 woke up to no bars on WMR and the message “We have received your tax return and it is being processed”

      I know from past years that I’m a weekly so I expected a DDD on Saturday after being able to see transcripts the day before. Transcripts have normal codes but no 846 refund code. My husband just called to see if we need to ID verify (because our mail box is broken and we aren’t receiving all our mail to know if we got a letter) and the rep said we are not subject to ID verify. She said to call the main number for further assistance. We tried, but the automated system said call volume is too high to take our call right now. If we were being audited or there was some other holdup wouldn’t there be a code on our transcript about it? Or a message on WMR? Anyone have any ideas as to what might be going on?
