Navy federal credit union bank DDD 2/10

Does anyone use Navy federal credit union bank ?

I haven’t seen no pending deposit for 2/10 being posted I just check at 11:30 pm central time nor did I have it deposited in my account with a pending deposit notification.

This is my first time going through this bank for income tax direct deposit so I’d if I will get no notification of pending deposit or it just post on the 10th

Well as of today, 10:09 pm I have no pending deposit or nothing with NFCU and they dont start receiving deposits again until tomorrow morning at 6 a.m. This is some bs. I don’t know who to blame lol

Did you get yours? Dept of Education is taking our entire refund for student loan debts from 2002 with no notice whatsoever.

@Shawn, I think they are lying. I’m with HFCU and today no account holder nor CS reps could get access to HFCU accounts. When I called they kept telling me there’s some technical issue. First they said it would be fixed by afternoon, but it wasn’t. Still not fixed. Reading about Navy federal having the same issue is making me wonder. It’s not isolated. I asked her if it was an attack by a hacker and the customer service rep was real evasive. They also claimed that it wouldn’t effect deposits, but if it’s affecting withdrawals and everything else, why would it not affect deposits. Always something!

I’m so pissed. NFCU has no pending deposit and I called and spoke with a representative and she said something about there was some hardware malfunction and it only affected a few ppl. Guess I’m one of the few. I hope mine is in there in the morning when I wake up…ugh!

We saw it pending for 2/10 called and asked if it could be released and it was just credited to our account. 12:35 pst

My husband just checked our NFCU account and the deposit is showing as pending, for deposit tonight, on our computer, not on the app. Our DFAS deposit is also showing as pending for tomorrow night.

Sometimes the app does not give you a complete picture or all the information you need.

I’m still waiting on a DDD, but last year, we never had a pending deposit but it was there on the date they said it would be.

So this is why I think we are getting this message on sbtpg. most of us filled on the 19th so our 21 day period would have ended on the 9th. Sbtpg knows when we should receive our refunds. Since the irs scheduled ddd for the 10th this is why we are getting this message because our 21 day period has passed and the irs are paying us a day past our 21 day period. Once sbtpg receives our refund they will update our status to received and it will show the amount we are planning to receive.

This is getting ridiculous. I wonder wth is going on. Did you read that message at the top of the SBBT website where it says “your expected delivery date of 2/9/2016 has passed, the IRS has delayed the processing of your return blah blah blah.” Does anyone else get that message at the top in the blue box?

Last year, I got my refund around 7-8am as I was on here complaining I didn’t get mine and it randomly appeared with no notice of a pending deposit.

I use Navy Fed and I have a pending deposit for the amount of my refund. A lot of times it shows pending and then disappears. Our paychecks do that. 2/10 DD for Navy fed will be deposited on 2/9 around 1130 pm. Tuesday nights update. I didn’t have filing fees. 24 hours from now you should have your refund.

I have navy fed too and the money will post on 2/10 at midnight. I’ve banked with them for 4 years and they have always released the money on the DDD. You probably won’t see it pending to your account until around 3/4pm.
