          Same boat..used TT with fees to be taken out the refundd. ( done it.for years without TT ie liberty tax/HRB. ) still haven’t gotten my refund and WMR shows it paid. O was patient all month long while paranoid idiots cried over nothing now i don’t even have MY money the IRS already paid out for me !!!

            Same here and I dont have it in my account WMR say sent so where the fuck was it sent to I’m so mad I bank with BB&T never had this problem in 11 years.

                  Same boat…. TT has my money. Refund was sent according to WMR. Where the fuck is my money. I used TT for free with no issues and now that i have to pay you fees (80$ which i didnt expext) you fuckers treat me worse by withholding my money longer. Im not sure if i eill use TT again next year…
