      According to the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act, the IRS cannot issue refunds before mid-February for tax returns that claim the Earned Income Tax Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit. This applies to the entire refund, even the portion not associated with these credits.

          It all depended s if your a daily updated or weekly if you updated to path on a Saturday your weekly.

            So pathers have a set day like Friday to get a return so maybe Friday the 15th I could see my return or possibly the 22

              Yes. But sometimes they let people slip through earlier. Last year first set of deposits went out 2/15 but if you have early deposit with some prepaid cards or credit unions you could get a few days earlier. I was in second batch last year and got mine 2/22 hoping I will make it to first batch this year but I updated to path last night so I may have to wait until next Saturday for a 2/20 DDD
