My experience last tax season. I filed with TT last year in the early batch. Filed 01/22 accepted next day. Because I’m a weekly I’m processed on Thursday r Friday. I had 1 bar on WMR for a week the next time I updated I lost all bars and had the generic message with my info along the side. Moving close to the 15th I check my transcript and the processing date had change so I got excited thinking I’m gonna get my refund (No the processing date is just a date showing when they r expected to look at your return again) No refund so I called the IRS and the lady I spoke too said it wasn’t anything wrong. Time past called again the lady told me I would get a letter. The letter stated no action need to be taken. Waited till the middle of March and still no refund. So I call a Tax Advocate to get my refund and received it the end of March. Not sure why they was holding it till this day. Last season was very stressful and constantly seeing your tax refund is still be process. I’m not saying all will be in this boat but a good many will be. Go back to 2018 and search losing bars r still processing some people still haven’t gotten their refund.

@Bernice I didn’t say all was going thru this but the majority will be. We will c tomorrow and this weekend. Most of them will still have no bars and still processing. My heart goes out to them because I went thru the same thing last year. First they say nothing is wrong then it will be u will recieve a letter in the mail.
