Live agent no help

How can I get someone from the IRS to give me info on my altaxes without giving me their wait 21 days first. I’m going insane not knowing what’s going on with my return. Sad :(

  This has to be illegal somehow. They’re withholding information from us that we’re supposed to be able to have access to. They won’t tell me anything at all until Tuesday.

  I dont think that is possible, and i have tried three different times, the last time to just get the cycle i was assigned to and that poor irs rep was lost to what i was asking. I really have to wonder what these people do all day since they are not very helpful to callers. And why are they so secrective with information… It seems that by giving a little bit of info they could reduce the call volume as questions are answered. Still one bar, accepted on 01/20/2016… No clue whats up, but dont feel so bad as neither does the irs…
