  We have added a list of common abbreviations on the right sidebar front page. Also common terms can be found in FAQ. The newest tool, Search is live and should help find answers about our lingo. Happy Refunding!

  Ghost is what people have come up with when describing that the WMR cannot find information about their return.
  
  One liner was coined referring to the message “your return has been received and is being processed.”
