      Said my direct deposit was sent the 4th nothing. Called IRS today and they said I have a letter 4464c going out. But there is no freeze code on my transcripts just refund cancelled

          I have a 4464C letter, their issuing them like crazy this tax season. you should contact a tax advocate, although you must have a hardship to qualify. Its really annoying and frustrating,
