Any news on KY refunds? Automated line just says received and being processed. I filed and was accepted 1/28.
Just received my check in the mail this morning!
Lee, I just called them this morning actually. What I was told, which pertains to my situation specifically, is that anyone that received an issue date of Feb 26th (seen on the website) there was actually a glitch in the system and no money was actually issued. So no checks issues, no direct deposits sent, etc. She said she would see if she could manually issue mine; which she was able to do. However, since it was manually issued I have to receive a check in the mail rather than a direct deposit and I should see the check in the mail sometime next week.
What really frustrates me is that apparently they know about this supposed glitch, yet have not reissued or forced our these refunds to everyone that is stuck in limbo. Who knows how long my refund would have been sitting there and not sent to me if I had not called.
I don’t know if you have the same issues that I did, but I recommend calling and just try to talk to someone. I called at 7:45 am central time and was only on hold for about 5 mins.

Have you called them? Paper check or direct deposit? I’m really nervous about them this year. They just don’t have it together it seems.
No, I have not received my refund yet. And the message on the website still says the same thing that my refund was issued on Feb 26th.
Did you ever get yours?
I don’t know the official dates. But I know of someone getting it on a Wednesday and someone getting it on a Thursday.
Currently the website says my refund was issued on Feb 26th, however here we stand on 03/01 and I have not received a direct deposit yet.
At this point I don’t know how accurate anything is that they are telling us.
What days does ky deposit? I filed 1-28 and called today and they processed me while I was on the phone and said 2 weeks? Is that when I should expect it?
I filed and accepted on 01/29 , I don’t have mine yet. On the website it says the refund has been authorized and will be issued with in 10 days. So far I am on day 9 since receiving that message and I haven’t received my refund it yet.
My co-worked just had hers deposited today and she filed on 01/25. So maybe we will be up soon!
