Irs Transcripts online?

Where is everyone getting transcript from? Irs only gives me the mail option, no online. Havnt seen online transcript tab since they shut it down last year? Where are these people that say they got it online getting them from?

  I’d really like to know this as well. I am only given the option to have them mailed, but I’ve seen several people talking about viewing account or refund transcripts this year. Is there something I’m missing or not checking the right place?

  I dont think they’ve been able to view them instantly online, think they mean order them online through the mail. pretty sure they don’t have that option to view online this year,I seen they did away with that bc of all the ppl viewing them over & over again last year . I’m guilty of that lol

  I’m also not able to retrieve my transcripts. Only the option to get them by mail.
