      1/30 – Filed and accepted W/TT
2/14 – transcripts show refund and DDD 2/26
2/21 – found out offset once path lifted and called BFS student loans (mine) had no clue offset
2/25 – found out about IS and mailed USPS tracking
2/26 – called TA line to see if they could help due to hardship
      2/27 – USPS shows IRS received IS @ 2:00pm
2/28 – tax transcript now shows 2 offsets
2/28 – TA office said advocate call would be Monday 3/2

Praying TA can help us expedite –
Honestly don’t have 11-14 weeks for IS to proceS before we start losing things

I had a business loss (1099) husband W2 with fed withholdings – he filed IS… we had EIC&ACTC

My transcript shows that my injured spouse (sent separately) was received Feb. 22nd, there have been no updates since then. This is my first time filing IS, and have been trying to figure out how to check the status on it. This has been even further complicated, with the IRS being closed and not taking phone calls. This is really frustrating.

Same situation. Found out returns were offset for student loans. 2/26 they were offset. Shows on transcripts 3/9 as paid. Sent in injured spouse form, updated to day to received with a date of 3/09. I have checked before today but it has never shown anything for injured spouse. Wonder why the date is different.

Same here. No updates. Contacted advocate
Nothing yet. I can see it was added to transcript 3/02

Had the same experience last year, and I didn’t get my refund until the end of May
