      Was told by a woman on the phone that a letter was mailed 2/27, and I have to wait for that letter for instructions to verify my return. No letter came. Is this the same as ID verifying or is this different?

      I’ve never had this issue ever. I need that money.

          This is regular ID verify. My letter was mailed 2/13 and didn’t receive until 3/4. Not sure why they take so long but it’s probably just a waiting game now.
