      When I use the app it says I never filed and gives me no information about my balance, which I know is zero. I can check my return status and it says “processing ” Anyone else having a problem with this pos app? They email me all day, every day, about everything except my money. Long story short, anyone else having issues with their site.

          Yes my balance is $4 but now it won’t even give me that

            Clarification ****I can only check return status on irs website.
