      Two weeks ago, I submitted my employee retention credit application. I truly need the money because my business is having trouble.

        I filed for my erc back in Apr, I have yet to receive any funds. I have called the business line for the IRS and you will talk to front end agents who gives different answers of the status. The last agent I spoke to about two wks ago advise me that it’s a sign to an agent but it’s just on hold. I asked her what does that mean on a hold? The agent advised me that they have paused processing erc’s until Dec and for me to try back in 30 days which would be Nov.
