How long does it take once ID VERIFIED

Today when I called they’re saying under review for Id verification & that a letter was sent out 1/30 THAT IS A LIE , I never had issues with my mail & have not received anything . Does anyone know how long this process usually takes ?

I didn’t have to mail in anything. They ask you for the control number on the letter and then some questions about previous year taxes and then some personal questions. It’s very simple just a pain to wait for the letter and all that stuff.

Did u guys have to do the survey or mail in w2’s ?

I had to call last year to find out I needed to ID verify. They claimed to have mailed the letter but I never got it. I had to callback and request it again. After the second request I got it a few days later and 2 weeks after I got my refund. I’m pretty sure I have to got through this again this year since I’m getting the still processing message and my transcripts are N/A. I’m not going to call until after on 21st day on the 26th. I filed 2/4

Last year this happened to me. I told them I didn’t have anything in the mail but ironically after I called them and they told me this, I got a letter a few days later. As far the ID verification, I did mine over the phone and the guy was very nice and a week later my status changed to approved. I think it can vary a little but last year that’s what happened for me.
