I dont think they would actually refund any fees, IMO its not Hrblocks fault that the IRS Hardware crashed and implemented new safe guards to protect us against fraud “and them selves”

I always use HR Block. Have never had an issue with additional days. Is this something new this year?

I have used HRBlock for years, Usually always get my return fast, I filed in the 12th and accepted on the 14th. I finally got a refund date of the 10th on Saturday. Hoping it comes in Tomorrow or on that day

I really hope that’s not the case or I will be furious and definitely get my refund for their fees.

I filed 1/22 accepted 30 min later and still aitting at 1 bar. Ughhhhh. No offsets so I have no clue what the hold up is.

That shit is unreal. I promise if that’s the case I will be getting a refund. I have done it before. Just off the basis of them loving to say they get you your refund the fastest. I’m telling you now if it’s not at least pending to my fifth third bank acct by 2/10 I will have all fees reversed.

I have a Wal-Mart money card i wil never go to HR block again the people i spoke to are rude the nerve of them after paying almost four hundred dollars to have my taxes done and on top of that make me wait while they take their sweet time taking out their fees i lost total faith in them as of this year and i have been a customer for over 15 years NEVER AGAIN

Hrblock on their forums, facebook and on the phone are telling people who have fee’s being taken out of their returns that they will have a extra 3-5 days wait. Head over to their forums or facebook to see for yourself.

Yeah I’m waiting to. Crazy thing is my kentucky return has not been processed at all. But we shall wait and see.

I haven’t but patiently waiting. I don’t have an emerald card but I do have a prepaid account now card that pay 2 days early. Also I’m having fees taking out.
