Anyone have any experience with skipping a 1099-SA?

I filed with H&R Block, and just before I was about to submit, it told me that I could not use their free file service because I had to file a form 1099-SA, which requires me to upgrade to their deluxe service for $30. I googled it and found out that this is a separate form I was supposed to received from my employer about my HSA, but I didn’t get one.

I didn’t want to wait any longer so I filed without it. I did not pay for the deluxe, just used free file and totally skipped that form. I don’t believe that it would have much, if any, affect on my refund.

But I’ve worried ever since that leaving this out is going to get my return rejected and I’ll have to re-file.

I realize there’s nothing I can do about it right now, I have to wait until it either rejects or approves, then file an amendment (if I ever get the form). But I’m wondering if I should be bracing myself for a rejection, and extra delay in my refund…

I filed on 1/22, WMR shows as “accepted” with 1 bar. I have both EIC and ACTC.
