      So I’m pretty sure I have an offset this year from student loans, I just filed yesterday and was accepted. With an offset will it take longer to get my refund? I’m always so nervous waiting for it to approved. Any insight is appreciated.

              @Kayln
              I had an offset this year and had no delay; DDD of 2/3 (already sent, just waiting for it to post).

                That’s good. You should be fine.

                  Thanks everyone. I only owe around 1,500 so hopefully I still get the rest of my refund by the 22nd

                    I did federal student loan collections for years, no longer do but I have seen plenty of instances in where refunds of 5 to 8K have been completely swiped for defaulted student loans.
