These forms are for Marketplace & Self Employed peoples. @Sade, that could be. Again, some people that got ahead of this early (as you have – faxing forms asap), went on to receive their refund sooner than dates provided. IRS understands that the filer in this case, is not at fault.
JC, I believe that is the new forms.

I asked my rep today which one was fastest and she said to just fax it because once letter is processed your tax return is flagged! Delay but if you just fax it while it’s still “incomplete” and not processed yet then they can just correct it then and there and process it. Did she tell you what to put on cover sheet.

I called today and they said it just show 12C and no reason why yet. I looked it up and that seems to be the marketplace form and I used TurboTax so I believe I didn’t include it. They gave me a fax number, my transcript shows N/A. Should I wait for letter or just fax it in with a cover sheet?!?

I forgot my marketplace form too because turbo tax never asked for it. Got a letter feb. 3rd and faxed everything that Monday. A week later I got my tax topic 152 back on wmr. Give it about 2-3 weeks to update. It normally doesn’t take 6-8 weeks.

@target it could also be I filled EARLY! Which I learned the biggest lesson this year! I filed on 1/12 was accepted 1/14!

@Sade, I’m happy you called. Got some answers. It’s not knowing that creates more worry. All the best, and hey, try not to let it get to ya. Some people received theirs much sooner, especially those that used the fax method. :)

Have been trying to figure why this has happened to so many this yr. I believe there is a new health insurance form to replace the other, I don’t believe tt had the forms made available to them in time for this season. More odd is it was made available to me.
Anywho, you’re welcome.
