Filed 2/6 and WMR Still Has NO INFO

I filed 2/5 and WMR on the IRS site and every day since it claims they don’t have my info, or I put it in wrong and then when I try again it shows this message:

“We cannot provide any information about your refund. You must wait at least 24 hours after you get the acknowledgement e-mail that your tax return was received by the IRS”

I called the IRS hotline and spoke to an agent and the agent claimed they received the return on 2/6, but wouldn’t provide any further info. I cannot order transcripts and this message keeps showing whenever I attempt to view my refund status.

This has never happened to me before, I file at the same time every year and I’m usually able to see my refund status on WMR within a day of filing and by today would have an approved update.

Does anyone else have this issue?

  I filed on 1/29 an was accepted same day .as of yesterday mines say No info check back in 24hrs after I’ve already been accepted. NO CODES 😔
