      Had one bar till feb 6 then got still processing now have one bar again. Does this mean something good or something bad?

          This is good news! This usually means they were able to fix whatever error they saw and you have been resequenced. Expect an update on WMR with a due date this week. If you are a weekly, it will most likely be this Saturday with a DD for next week. You should be able to see an 846 refund issued code on your transcripts by Friday afternoon.
