      It’s odd. We’re usually accepted right away, but we’re on day three and STILL not accepted. What gives?

              This happens to me as well with HRB. Received a case number.

                Just spoke with HRBlock this morning and was given a case number. The lady I spoke to said this was a big issue they were having this morning. Someone is supposed to contact me within 48 hours with information. Not sure what else to do though

                  Filed on 1/30, still pending. Called h&r Block today and they agreed something went wrong even though they see no error codes. They gave me a case # and said someone would call me tomorrow to expedite my return. Not really sure what to believe or do.

                      I filed January 28th was accepted the 28th my state tax was accepted two days later. Where’s my refund app showing refund received and being processed. Not sure why yours has not been accepted that’s very strange.

                          I too am in this situation. Filed 1/29 wmr shows received. I do have the eic but no update makes me nervous.

                            Same.. seems weird because I usually get accepted the same day. I used Turbo. Filed the 29th and still waiting. Do you have a offset?
