F/A 1/29. I’m claiming EIC and education credits. I don’t remember exactly when I lost my bars but I’ve been stuck on the still processing message since it seems like forever lol.
I called and spoke with an IRS agent and she told me that I would have to wait 21 days from the 15th because of the PATH ACT.I haven’t received a letter from the IRS or anything. Man this sucks.

So I called today and I was told that I’m under review and that a letter was sent out 2/26 and it can take up to 60 days. I don’t have to send in anything or do anything at this time I was just pulled for additional review.
Just to confirm i wasn’t being told some bs generic message , I called twice at different times and both said the same thing.
So all I can do is wait. ATP I’m a little happy that it’s taking longer than normal because that’s less money spent lol.

I filed on 01/29. WMR has no bars, says still being processed. After calling the IRS 3 times, I finally got told I’m under “additional review” & as of Thursday the 22nd, my return was being held for the EITC Credit until the 27th. Plus I was told I was on an additional 2 week hold (from 2 weeks after the 27th). The 2 week hold is supposedly cuz I selected by random for additional review. I was told no letters have gone out, but they have 2 weeks from the 27th to either send me a letter or process my refund. Basically if you have that still being processed message after your 21 day mark, you’re under review! I know 2 weeks is probably a lie to get me off the phone. I probably won’t get my taxes until the summer. :’(

Same here. I filed and was accepted very late 01/31 with H and R Block, and was accepted minutes later. Within 24 hours I had the processing message and never received PATH message and some have, even though i qualify for EIC and child care credit. Last sunday I officially lost my bars and received the “still processing” message, and have tax topic 152 with all my info still visible on the side. On 02/12 I received a 4*** letter sorry can’t remember the exact number that I was under review and to allow 45 days before reaching out, as there is nothing I need to do at this time. I am unable to view my transcripts online as, for whatever foolish reason it won’t accept any of my vehicle loans or my credit card which is nuts…. So I ordered both transcripts and received them today only for them to be blank with 0.00 or stating no return has been received….. What i don’t understand is if I was really under review wouldn’t they already be starting the process of the return wven if its going through verification? For it to say no return received makes me think some how Ive been re-sequenced and they simply havent even done anything with my return and the letter is simply buying time. I dunno….. Its just frustrating as I have never been in this situation before. I’m being patient, as thankfully Im in no urgency for the money, and i havent called because I believe the info I will receive has only a 50/50 chance of being correct, so i don’t want to rely on that info. Is it me or does it seem like alot of people with filing dates of 01/31-02/01 are in this mysterious delay/review hold??? Like was there a glitch that day? Any feedback would be great, thanks….. Good luck to all….

Same here! Accepted 1/23 with TT only have EIC no letter. Called Monday IRS agent stated nothing wrong with return and no letters sent out. No update for me! still have no bars processing message with amount and TT 152. Been with the processing message since 1/27 I’m a weekly also. Check again transcript still have code 570 no 846. IRS agent did tell me alot of who had EIC will be process on the 27 to give it a little time. But hell it’s been a month since my return was accepted. Yes I have processing date 03/05/18. So this will be the date they look at my return again?

When I called on 2/22 the agent I talked too didn’t even try to look up my account to see if I was under review or needed to verify. I was hoping to be apart of the big update today but it looks like I’m going to have to call Monday.

Exact same here. Filed and accepted 1/29. Initially had one bar then they all went away and I see the generic still processing message. I’ve never had to wait this long
