EDD offsets

      Does anyone know if they will actually offset my refund? It says on the recording that they MAY offset it but they didn’t last year.

          I had a offset last year and the year before. And another this year.(YOU CAN CALL THE OFFSET NUMBER) You see my husband is a veteran and it is difficult to make the copay . It just adds up all year and then they offset.
          It has never slowed my refund down. I always get it when it says just minus the amount we owe… and we receive a letter later stating how much we owed how much the offset was a a form if I want to claim some spouse exemption bla bla but thats the VETERNAL ADMIN…

            If it says “has been, could be, may be”, all of those equal WILL be.
