      I filed 2/2 it’s now 2/7 and the wmr website,app and toll free number all state the same they can not find any information on. My refund I have closed the browsers and everything don’t owe anything so I’m not sure what’s going on .

          The letter is dated the same day I couldn’t pull up my info. People can believe what they want but I am sitting here with the black and white letter in my hand. I have filed the same way for over 20 years and if your info just disappears like nothing has been filed….. SOMETHING IS WRONG

              I was accepted on the 24th. Had 1 bar until Feb 3. Now there is nothing. It looks like I never filed. None of my info has changed. This is absolute bullshit. I called and they said nothing can be done for at least 60 days.

                Sorry, one more thing. Browser does not matter, using the IRS2GO App makes no difference either. If some people are saying it works, OK, but I am telling you not to worry yourself sick trying 5 different browsers and IRS2GO apps on a bunch of devices. Just wait a day or 2. Waiting is all we can do really…

                  This is the most misunderstood event I read about on this forum (as it pertains to WMR anyway). Same thing happened to me. Filed on 2/2, then I had the first bar for a few days. Then I got the message stating no info found or whatever on Monday. I waited till the next day, please understand WMR DOES NOT update more than once a day and that is usually overnight.

                  Yesterday (only 1 day after my info disappeared), I had my one bar back.

                  Today, (2 days after my info disappeared), I have 2 bars with a DDD on this upcoming Friday.

                  I have read others had this same thing happen, so in many cases it may just be a sign that the status is changing and you may be expecting something soon.

                    Also , when did your wmr update to can’t locate your info ? Before or after the letter ?

                        I just received a letter 4464c which means its under a thorough review. I have to wait 60 days until the review is conducted. At first my WMR was showing being processed with one bar now it shows now info available like my return was never filed.

                          If you are filing married filing joint be sure to use the primary’s social #.

                                    Did you guys file through a tax company? Do you have the exact amount before they took their fees out? That could be the problem.

                                        I have tried calling and they say the same bullshit wait the 21 days. It looks like nothing was filed up until Friday I had 1 bar with tax topic 15 and refund amound. Now there is nothing
