      Read on the Facebook page a lady that has filed with turbo for 4 years received it today & usually that means they have received their fees & she gets her money within the week. I can’t post the screen shots. I received the email as well.

          I received the TurboTax thank you email Friday and WMR updated Saturday with my DDD.

            I got a thank you email from them on February 24th–still waiting lol. After this year and their -mess-up with 1095-A stuff, I will never use them again. First, last and only time.

                Received the same turbo tax email…..7 days later no DDD and no changes other than WMR saying code 9001 and that they cannot give me any info at this time about my return? So over taxes this year

                          I got an email from Turbo Tax yesterday saying “Your extra benefits are enclosed. Thanks again for filing with Turbo Tax. And then when I open the email it says “Thanks for choosing Turbo Tax to file your 20016 taxes”. Is this the same email you guys received? If so, that may be some good news for me finally.

                            No DD here, still hopeful though. Last year it was 3 days after I received the email that I got a DDD date.

                              Still nothing for me …. I’m thinking the majority of people who filed thru turbo tax received that email….

                                      So I looked into last years dates and I got the email three days before my DDD appeared! That’s really cool… never knew that!

                                          You would still get it even if you paid fees! She said her brother got his Email 3/3 & that Saturday he had his DDD!
                                          Might not be the case. Guess we will find out in the morning. Was just curious if anyone else has ran across this or noticed.

                                            I got the email on Tuesday and today I was able to order my return and account transcripts! Maybe she’s right! I paid up front fees though.

                                              I called TurboTax and asked about the emails. She basically told me that those emails are sent out once they receive notification of the money being issued. When you pay fees it goes back to turbo first then through their payment processing (SBTPG) then to us.

                                              That’s what her comment said

                                                Yes! The lady called TT & they told her that’s sent once funds are released. They get notified before Sbtg.

                                                  I just received the email that says Thanks for choosing TurboTax to file your 2016 Taxes. I filed on 1/23 and have been in limbo. I did get the 4464C letter though… Is that the email you are talking about?
