DDD 2/27 – When to expect deposit to SBTG

Finally for the 846 code on transcripts with a Date if 2/27. How early can I expect SBTG to get the money? And how fast do they send it to my Turbo Tax card?

I have filed with Turbo Tax for over 10 years and always have had my fees taken out, SBTPG will have it tomorrow, Tuesday at the latest. They turn it around very quick. When it hits your bank account/prepaid card will just depend on that institute. In my experience, I’ve always had mine the day before.. once or twice I had it 2 days early. If the Netspend users posting below have a DDD of 2/27, then the payments are going out and SBTPG could very well start the turn around tomorrow.

This is my first year using Turbo Tax and paying my fees in advance. Every year – I usually have them taken out and deposited to my RushCard. I always get my DD on the date posted on WMR. It will be interesting to see if I get it early this year.

Are there any delays?
Usually 1 to 2 days before a refund is scheduled to arrive, the IRS sends a pre-notification of the refund amount to TPG. The IRS does not deposit the money at this time, but it is only a notification that the refund is on its way. We set up the disbursement upon receiving that pre-notification so that the refund amount reaches your client on the same day it would have if the money was deposited directly from the the IRS into the taxpayer’s bank account. Your fees arrive on the same schedule.

So, if they happen to receive a notice from the IRS early, then we get an earlier deposit.

I think like the others stated we will receive on Wednesday. I read on an older forum that some people mentioned SBTG didnt update until after they already received money. This is only my 2nd year filing thru Turbo Tax. Last year received refund on 2/22 the exact DDD and used SBTG as I paid my fees from refund. So itll be interesting to see if it updates earlier.

I’m curious as well. I filed on 1/28 and I feel like those who filed early were punished this year and made to wait until the bitter end. I’m thinking of not filing until 2/15 next year

Id guess it would resemble the folks this week that updated last Friday. Deposits were mostly made Tues, Wed, and Thursday. So, next week.
