DDD 2/22 what the heck?!

My ddd was 2/22. Obviously I haven’t gotten it cause I’m still complaining on the internet. WMR updated to sent for my full amount on the 22nd, been the same until this morning. I checked it and it said my entire refund was sent to pay off off obligations for an offset or reduction. I have no offsets. I’ve called the TOP hotline two days in a row now, and nothing. I called h&r they say that they don’t see a ddd, or an offset. That it still says it’s processing. What’s going on with the IRS this year? This is insanity. Anyone else got a crazy refund this year?
