Code 971 AND 846

      So, I pulled up my transcript and see both 971 and 846 (2/22/2018). Return amount the same Turbo Tax said it would be. Any idea what the notice would be for?

          Okay I believe to my knowledge this means a human has to look at it, push it through or send out for additional information but having the 846 code would lead me to believe it was pushed through by a person already.

            Think I figured it out. Probably “971 – Duplicate notice sent to spouse”

              Also, have the “We have your tax return and it is being processed” message on WMR. Both Credits.
