      I recently filed bankruptcy but I also have a new car they used my taxes but not all of them. And now I have code 203 could this be the issue or?

          i received update to two bars and a ddd of 2/27 along with tax topic 203 i called the 1800 offset hotline and it says my refund is still the same and no amount is owed at this time but information is updated daily
          i think it’s from where v the department of human services overpaid me in food stamps but
          so far no change her been applied to my refund
          thanks to my Lord Jesus Christ

            i have question, you filed bankrupt (meaning no money), but you purchased a new car?(with money?) and you are to pay for the car every month? the IRS does notice these things, but you will definitely have to ask them about your account. But your situation might sound strange to them. i think they see these things often though… people under-reporting income type things…. they have their manual publicly online you can look at also :)
