Is there a way I can reset the online transcript sign in I’m locked out for some reason

  Like literally at 1130est.. as I checked at 1030 and had to use old address.. I checked at 1130 and used my new 1 and it worked.

  My transcripts just updated with my new address.. so I’m hoping that means I am proccesed. I cannot view online as I have a prepaid phone and they can’t authenticate it.. lol
