Can’t order transcripts !!!!!

Sbtpg shows “expected amount 7xxx”
Amount received “0.00”
Amount paid to you “ $1,000” – refund advance
Can’t see transcripts online- no cc or loans
Can’t order transcripts by mail none of my addresses I lived in the past 2 years are working !
The past 2 years I’ve received my refund 2/21 no matter when I filed, getting nervous this year cause I keep moving around 😭

  Then we updated to no bars on 2/15 and message that your tax refund is being processed and a date will be provided when available. Still have tt152 !

  @keesha I’m stuck with you and it’s frustrating that for us we have no way of knowing anything all we can do (no option) is wait. Idk what they did to our transcripts cause that’s just crazy and I’m at this one bar since I filed smh

  @keesha don’t panic because I’m having the same exact transcript issue, it makes no sense. Clearly it’s something with them not us
