      Ok do my boyfriend and i filed the same day same time on 1/21 he got a DDD for 2/8 I’m still at 1 bar tax topic 152 he got his state back mine says that it needs 8-12 weeks… Smh only reason I filed early because I need to move asap and this happens

          Hi V, this happened to me one year and it was because one of my W2s was never filed with the State. I was able to contact them through their Facebook page and they reached out to me quickly. In the end I had to call the company that didn’t submit the W2 and get them to send it over. After that happened it was a quick process. The 8-12 weeks might mean something similar for you. I would contact them to see if something is wrong, it wouldn’t hurt.
