Ca refund ?? Review

I finally called the FTB to see my status since I filed on 1/28 with no updates . A nice gentleman helpful explained that due to many fraud going they had sent me a letter to verify my identity but says hold on I can transfer you it’s simple question let’s just knock it of now.
So he transferred me a nice lady asked many to verify my info defendants filing status address hubby full name n date of birth and our refund amount. And like that she realased my refund and said wait for the direct deposit to hit.

So plz call at the end it wound hurt to call even though every time I speak to the government I get hecka nervous lol 😂 don’t know why but I do..
