I am a PATHer and EITC. All my transcripts are populated, except my wages and income transcript. I’m still waiting on the magical 846 code. I am a daily 03. My as of date has changed three times. It was February 3 then it went to March 3 and now it’s March 10 what is going on?

PATH transcripts will update overnight tonight. They update the 16th every year no matter what day of the week it is!

The as of date is an irs placeholder date. You will not get 846 as a Patch act until next weekend. the 15th fell on a Saturday and you’re a weekly cycle. Your check could potentially be DD before you see the 846 or dd appear on your transcript due the the way the calendar fell this year.

Just looked at my transcript, my as of was 2/24 from when I was accepted 1/16 and today it’s 3/3. My processing date is still 2/17. My wage & income transcript is still blank. I think I’ll get my DD this coming week or at least my 846 DDD

My transcript updated and gave me the as of 3/10 after it being 2/17,2/24,3/3 after going back and looking at 4 years of transcripts they all have the as of date of 3/10/2025

My as of date has changed several times over the course of the last 3 days

I have the same but my accrue and penalty AS OF date is March 10th (was Feb 17th)
my return due date or return received date (whichever is later) April 15 under that processing date Feb 17th
under that where all the codes are 150- tax return filed cycle 20250504 date 02/17th. I am a Pather and no change on that -
From my understanding as of date doesn’t mean too much. The processing date is closer to when you should get your return. But this is from looking at older account transcript and actual ddd
