I filed on the 2nd of February and they processed on the 13th and still not released. I don’t understand.
Mailed 6th and they processed on the 21st. Mind you it was mailed from the same city it was going to. -.-

It finally is showing processed. Does it ever show an amount? Or tell you that you are approved or anything like that?
That’s so crazy I’ve always gotten my state before federal but I guess since this new law has everything and everybody screwed up.

Federal was deposited this morning but still no state. Ugh

I’m still waiting, I filed 2/4, it showed proccessed and the positive balance of $374 sitting in my arkansas taxpayer account as of 2/6. From 2/6 to 2/16 it sat there in my tax account. On 2/17 my tax account showed zero, I am assuming they sent it because I didn’t owe any debts this year. I elected direct deposit but still nothing in my account or pending. I have my Federal Return releasing to me tonight after midnight so I dunno. I have never in 15 years have had my Federal before my state tax return…this year it looks like it is going that way.
Still nothing.
Called and got a rude lady telling me I’ll just have to wait. Boy that’s helpful.Called state at 8AM this morning. 15 minute wait. At first she told me to give them up to four weeks of BUSINESS days for me to receive my refund. Once she actually keyed in my info she told me the refund had been approved on 2/17 and to expect it to post in 7-10 business days. Which would put my 10 day mark at 3/3. She told me it had been released to my bank and now they just have to post it. Needless to say I’ll be calling the bank at 9 AM. Will update if anything changes. Hope this helps!

DDD 7-10 business days from 2/17I’m at the 10 business days mark I believe. So hopefully this week? It’s ridiculous this year.
I called too and they told me my return had been processed but my refund was still processing and the generic everything is taking longer this year to prevent fraud.
I’m just saying, it’s all worked really well for me in the past, what was so wrong with how it was before? Why did they have to “fix” it? So frustrating.
Still nothing as of 4:30. Will update again in the morning. Fingers crossed for us all!
I called the state this morning and after being on hold for 20 mins, I was told that my return has been processed but refunds are taking longer this year. I was given a time frame or anything….just that it is going to take longer this year.

Called this morning they said that it had to be 14 BUSINESS days after its accepted. I told them it has been, she transfers me to a supervisor who says give it another week and a half. 😐😐😑😑Nothing as of 9AM. It’s been two weeks. I’ve never waited this long for a state return.
We mailed ours in over two weeks ago, they still have not “received” it. Does it really take this long? I am wondering if I should resend it in, no clue whats going on. Every time we call we are just told, wait 10 weeks, wait wait , keep waiting, wait some more. Hasnt the Fed made us wait long enough? lol
I completely forgot that the banks are closed today. Mom brain at its finest lol

It was finally here today good luck to all. Paper check. Sent the 13th. Processed the 31st, filed the 28th.
My refund status hasn’t changed yet, but my refund just showed up in my account. Hope this helps.
My ar state refund says it was processed the 31st. Which means it’s done processing so I’m wondering why I still haven’t had a message change on the atap site and still haven’t seen the check. It seems like this is longer than it should be, and seems like it has never taken so long. It’s not even that much and the is no info changes from last year. Anyone get a paper check after they got a processed message with no change to the message?
We opted for direct deposit so you think we would know something by now. Did you guys ever have a different message then the generic one or did it stay that way until you got your check or deposit?
This new security stuff is annoying, I know somehow it is worth it but I tell ya I have never waited this long for state, even when mailed a paper check.

It’s been more than 10 days. We called yesterday and they said there was no problems with it. That larger amounts may take longer, but that ours is okay. They still couldn’t give me any dates though.
I know guys they are moving very slow this year. Hang in there. If it’s been over ten days from being processed you may want to give them a call.
I still have absolutely nothing. The little generic message is getting old. Accepted on the 30th, you think we would know something by now.

Processed: 2/7 2:30PMWe did have an issue with having to fax them some paperwork, but all was good by 2/7.
No DD.
State usually comes so quick, especially with DD. Hoping for this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
And state website stiil says generic message. Hope this helps.

Filed 1/23, accepted on 1/25, Where my refund says processed on 1/25 @ 7:10p.m., I called last Thursday and they told me that my return did not process until 1/30, even though the state website says 1/25. She told me 10 buisness days. I still have not recieved DD. Guessing tomorrow maybe. Wanted to put this on here so everyone knows that sometimes the process date on website is not right. Especially @Lioness, might wanna call and see what day they really processed ur return. Hope this helps!!!!

Looking for a dd tomorrow
I filed mine on the 1st of Feb, accepted 2/4. When I log in to my atp I see the return done and the balance on my account shows the refund amount I was expecting but no DD yet and the account still shows the balance sitting on my tax account.
New to this but i filed 1/31 accepted same day and nothing just same generic msg
@Lioness don’t give up. I thought I had my state refunds coming as dd but after I looked over my forms I didn’t have my bank info for ddd. So it came in the mail. Don’t give up!

Shame on Arkansas, After I was told mine was released on Thursday I have yet to receive it as of today. Mine is a paper check.
I spoke to the refund office this morning and they informed me that it should be release in 10 business days (this is close to the 15th so i think they are following federals lead).
@Lioness well I guess if they want to get technical it would be the 9th or the 10. Ugh!
