Anyone with a ddd for 04/07???

Anyone with a 4/8 ddd and still not get return? I used turbo tax, fees taken out, load onto turbo tax pre paid debi,sbbt recieved money yesterday, sent funds to my bank (green dot) yesterday, no money on card. Called card, cant get live human after hours of trying, called turbo tax, verified green dot recieved the funds, verified all my info, turbo tax cant even explain where my money is. Just that green dot has it. What do I do?

BreBre, what does your WMR say? It probably says to call your bank if the refund isn’t in your account by 4/12. Thus, I don’t know if there’s anyone to call other than Chime. Have you looked at your return and/or checked with your preparer to make sure your routing and account #s are correct?

Is there a number I can call beside trying to talk to Chime. I filed my taxes in January. I was hoping to have it Monday and which it showed but I havent received anything and Chime keep saying the same thing every day I call nothing is showing up. So who can I contact now!!!

My DDD was on April 07 and I haven’t received it and everytime I call Chime they are telling me that they do not see any pending deposit for me. But I check the IRS website and it shows it was deposited into my bank account Monday and today is Wednesday and nothing yet.

@iretta90 Mine finally came… but it came around 10AM yesterday.. Ddd was 04/07 and I bank with Varo… which is almost similar to chime…Best of luck to everyone… I’ve been waiting since January 28th… this was a extremely stressful tax year

DDD 04/08/2020 still haven’t received funds filed with turbo tax SBTB received my refund 04/07/2020 banking with chime. In California PST has anyone had their money posted ?
