            You can call the Treasury Offset processing center at (800) 304-3107. It will let you know if you have a current debt (hasn’t been paid yet) or offset (has been deducted from your refund already)

              I have – it pushed my expected refund date back a week.

                I’m Wondering the same thing. Waiting for someone to post that info. I filed and was accepted on 1/29 and i already know i have a state offset. I’d like to know if there’s a delay.
