Any VARO bank people?! 3rd STIMULUS

I’m very pissed off with both the IRS and Varo Bank. When I look up my information on the”Get My Payment” it tells me”Need more information”. I have been using Varo for almost a year now and every month my SSI check is Directly Deposited into my Varo Bank account. Now I don’t understand why in the world I haven’t received my check. When it says”Need more information” it states that my money was was not accepted and has been returned to IRS. Is this true?

Still nothing money in old account haven’t been switched that’s declining nothing in new account can’t activate the card. Said if receive mine via direct deposit 03/17 into old Varo this is sad.
