      Acct 1/20
      App 2/6
      DDD 2/10
      Sbbt has taken fees out already n say it was sent to my bank I have the American Express serve card but was told they see nothing and they also called their bank and there is nothing there am I the only one with this problem

          Our DDD was today, on a Serve card thru Jackson Hewitt…nothing at 4:00 pm. Who do I contact to see if the fees were already paid?? HELP! I have no idea what to do or if I should just be patient??

                  Nothing yet sbtpg said my funds are sent to me already. Maybe tomorrow or the next day will get it.

                    Filed and accepted 1/27 and still no updates also using amex serve..my fiance filed a day after me we share a bank account and she got her dad a week ago…I’m hoping for tomorrow or the 12th will update when I receive $
