Any Early Filers with ACTC & EIC still at one bar?

Hello all!!
I was wondering if there are any early filers out there…(I was accepted 1/13) who claim the EIC & ACTC who are still stuck at one bar?? I keep seeing people saying they have no bars and a message to check back on 2/15 for updated information. Which I guess means their returns are accepted…. I still only have 1 bar, TT152. I’m getting nervous because last year was hell, I had to verify identity but never got a letter, was just stuck at the one bar. I inally called and ended up not getting my refund until March :(

I filed with TT 1/20 accepted 1/23 and Monday received a email stating because of the path act no eic or actc will be released til February 27th :(

I honestly have no idea why. I’m not complaining, but I thought it was strange too. When I received my first bar I had TT 125. We’ll see what happens tomorrow or Friday… :)

@Anna how is that possible if you have eic !? They aren’t releasing funds until after he 15th for people who claim that credit and the actc credit

I rec’d my second bar today. I filed 1/13, approved 1/18. I’ve already had my state deposited. Now waiting for my federal. Should be in after 2/1. :)

I filed HOH, EIC & Child Tax Credit.

Yes folks..the wait is reeaalll.. I am thinking the PATH act message is good. I don’t know if it necessarily means approved, but it definately mean in-line to be approved…I have had this one my WMR since tuesday. I was one of the first to see it. I was accepted on 1/18…path on 1/24.

I was accepted on January 13, I was able to order my 2016 transcripts yesterday and today on WMR, I have no bars and there is a message about the PATH act saying check back after the 15th. I am a a weekly due to owing taxes a couple years ago. Im Hoping that means I. Am approved!!!!!

This morning, mine (EITC, accepted 1/23) changed from one bar to the PATH paragraph. I hope that means approved and in line!

Just wanted to let everyone know before u get ur hopes up @Land did not have EIC on his taxes if u click his name he posted this on a different chat site…
I filed with turbo tax on the 17th got accepted on the 19th , Could not claim EIC due to make to much money so i am hoping that it does not take long at all to get the DD but WMR show’s 1 Bar but i am not expecting for it to update till at least Friday or next Wednesday will update when i get more information .

So he is giving us all wrong info…. just thought I would let y’all know so u don’t get ur hopes up

I just checked the irs app and all my bars are gone and it tells me to check back on the 15th… but last night it let me order my transcript and my refund one with my current address not last year’s address…. what does that mean?

Ur bars never disappeared?? I thought they weren’t releasing any refunds with EIC or ACTC until Feb. 15th

Did you order your transcripts? Mine has a cycle code of 20170405 is that the code u had?

I filed my taxes 01/16/2017. Was received by irs on 01/19/2017 and got a DD today for 02/01/2017 that is with EIC

I filed 1/24 got accepted the same day. I claim EITC and ACTC. My 1 bar just dissapeared and I have the path act message saying check back after 2/15. I hope this helps. Good luck to everyone!

I can’t order my transcripts :( I hope we don’t have to go through this ID verify stuff again this year. I knew better than to file early!!

I filed 1/24 says my refund was received still at one bar I have the EIC/ACTC how long will it take to show approved? Are they really holding them all until 2/15??

I filed 1/22, approved 1/23, EITC and I’m still at one bar, no mention of PATH. Haven’t tried to order transcripts. I don’t think transcripts will help much, especially not this year.

I have the EIC and AC with Educational credits. I filed on 1/22, approved on 1/23. 1 bar /TT152, and no PATH message. I have not cell registered so cannot verify if online transcripts are available; but I was able to order my Return and Acct 2016 transcripts by mail.
