    Just me

Seeing several Amex serve saying their deposits hit with DDD 2/10, like mine.

I did tax act – fees taken out of return and deposit on Amex serve card….

      Filed and accepted 2/3
      DDD 2/10

My QUESTION AND WORRY IS THIS:

I have not received my actual Amex card in the mail. Since I do not have my Amex card yet I can’t activate it…. When I check the balance it still says $0… Will my deposit show up before I activate it or do I have to activate it first???

Also, card was ordered 2/3… How long does it take to get the card in the mail?? I know it says 7-10 days, but what’s average delivery time?

      Thanks in advance :)

Yeah, everyone who had fee’s taken out of return is still waiting. Supposedly SBBT or republic should update tomorrow so we get our DD on wednesday. Hope it works out that way. As long as I get it by thursday I’ll be happy. Will never be using a paid service again. Just going to use the free stuff they have now. I don’t even understand what I paid for this time tbh. All it did was save my info from last year so I didn’t have to fill it out again. It’s not worth the $80 bucks they charged me just for that lol.

I had to replace my amex bluebird card and it took 4 business days. Do you have a temporary card? If you do that should continue to work. Anyway you actually have an acct with amex so you should be fine on deposit. I also used taxact and nothing yet. Instead of sbbt taxact uses republic bank. You can check on the status there. Last year I got mine in the early morning of my ddd with taxact. Had an offset last year this year also. Hope this helps.
