Amended return issue, can anyone help??

I filed an amended return for 2015 back in August. On the where’s my amended return tool it said they received it August 19th. Every since then I’ve been calling every couple of weeks to check on it because there’s always a different answer. It finally moved to adjusted on October 7th and researched that normally you receive a letter and even your check a few weeks after. Well I never got a notice so I called again and they said this time it was handed off to someone else to work on it that it actually wasn’t adjusted yet. So I waited and called again and the lady said just keep checking the tool online. I checked yesterday and it says my return was completed October 28th! I was so excited until my gut said to call today and see if there was a check release date. I was on the phone for 5 hours talking to multiple people since no one knows what they are doing over there. Finally this lady seemed to be honest said I’m one of several people who have the same issue, that the online tool is incorrect and in fact my return is still being “processed” and there is an issue online with false information. I’m confused because the other dates are spot on to when it was received and when it started the adjusting, so now the specific date of October 28th of completion is a flat out lie? Can someone tell me what is going on or if they are experiencing the same thing? Should I file a 911 form? I feel like something isn’t right and I can’t get a straight answer. Pleaseeee help!!
