          My amended return was received on 3-23-17, it was finally adjusted on 6-2-17, I got the letter explaining the adjustment today 6-7-17 but no check yet. Hoping it comes soon!

            irs sent me a letter last may i should ammend 2014 tax return (which is from a credit and income for 2013)
            i ammended it and they reeived it on april 13. they said i should get it back way before 16 weeks. they owe me 7k due to a hctc from a traa receipient. my husband was after losing job and now we an cliam the credit up to 2019 sincei pay more than 50 percent of my insurance preimmums thruogh my job. i am woinderig if it gets rejected would it still say processing.

              We amended our 2014 taxes, received 2/13.. This Monday will be 13 weeks.. We did receive a letter stating we would be notified by the end of May with a decision which will be 16 weeks on the 30th..Really hoping to get a check in the mail by the first week of June..Could use the $$$$….

                Hello, I just wanted to if anyone has had a similar situation and what the outcome was. I sent my amended tax return certified mail and got confirmation on 3/2/17 that it was delivered, however, when I check where’s my amended tax return there is no record found. I have even called and the reps were not able to provide any information either. Has anyone received their money or a letter without an update showing in the system?

                  It means you’ll be getting your check in the mail within three weeks usually before the letter. The letter just explains the adjustment.

                    I had to amend my 2016 return…already. Received 3/13, went to the “adjusted bar” on 4/7. The message says … “Your account was adjusted on April 07, 2017. Within three weeks, you will receive a notice that explains the adjustment.”

                    Any idea what this means?

                      I recieved an adjusted second bar this morning. I dont know what it means but i had change!!
